Why, Why does it matter? Why should i care?
I'm 56, familiar with the written word, e-mail, phones, and face to face conversation, but not the way communication is changing. So I have taken up the challenge of learning to communicate the way my children and the generation following them are communicating.
So I'll learn to Blog (which sounds suspiciously like 'blah-blah-blah') and Twit and probably embarrass myself, and probably my family, sufficiently along the way.

Yeah, dad! Way to go. I'll cheer you on. Use what ever picture you want. Part of this social experiment is about expressing yourself to the world and people you may have never met any other way.

Should I be concerned that my parents are more technologically connected with the outside world than I am. Congrats Dad. :-)
Oh yeah, and we totally need to go on a canoeing trip every single year.
